Accolades

I am happy for the quick response with my issue, the service man was quick also, he did not waste any time, he gave me a new product.

Thank you again from me and my wife.

Miller (Dec. 2016)

You guys did an excellent job! The countertops for our houses turned out great and the family like them.

Haruko (Dec. 2016)

Last November my husband and I were out and about 'kicking tires' at some show homes when we stumbled upon Victor from Trikor Homes. We can honestly say we weren't too serious about house shopping, moving was not even on our radar. We thought we were out wasting the day away... well until we walked into a house we LOVED, and a 'straight and narrow' builder that seemed like we knew him for years. We walked out thinking, THATS IT, WE ARE MOVING!

Needless to say, after a quick (and absolutely painless) few months Trikor and crew had built our dream home in Oakbank, Manitoba. We would recommend them to anyone, even those who aren't interested. Seriously, I think I ask the people in the grocery stores if they have heard about Trikor Builders :)

Danielle and I would like to thank-you for the very thorough and informative walk-through, our experience last night reminded me why we decided to build with Trikor in the first place. Many of my co-workers that have been through the same process are impressed that Trikor has met, or is so very close to meeting, the date of possession mentioned in our contract. We have a beautiful (and solid) home and can hardly wait to start loading it up with our stuff.

Lana and I just wanted to let you know that we would be very willing to offer you a positive reference for Trikor and the homes you are building. We were quite apprehensive about the building process, but you and Trikor have made the experience much less stressful than we imagined, and we look forward to taking possession of what we are confident will be an awesome home!

Growth Potential - Room to grow plus room for luxuryMany families rely upon the blank slate that an unfinished basement presents to provide the amenities and necessities for the ‘growing-up’ years.

Trina and Tim purchased their new home in 2002 before their kids came along but now 8 years later, 2 active youngsters necessitated a complete basement upgrade.

Friends Tell Friends - Couple happy they took friends' adviceWhen Joel and Rachelle bought their house last year, one condition applied before they put in an offer. “My wife said if we buy that house, we had to change the kitchen and not some time in the future, but right away,” says Joel.

And so began a renovation that wa s under way roughly at the same time as the couple and their children moved in; into the basement that is, as the main floor was well into renovation mode.

Building on Success - Trikor Builders looks back, looks aheadFive years may not seem like a long amount of time but in the home renovations industry, it really is. That’s the opinion of Brian Arnold, Victor Giesbrecht and Fred Giesbrecht, principals of Trikor Builders as they look back on the progress their company has made since 2005 when they officially entered into the Winnipeg and surrounding area’s booming renovation and new home marketplace.

Building Relationships“We make it a key priority to build trust with our customers by being open and honest – how we will handle the job, who will actually be there doing the work,” says Arnold. “We’re working in their homes and they need to be able to trust us like family, otherwise it could end up feeling very invasive.”

A Reno Revisited - Bold direction, beautiful resultsDan and Shelagh had tackled a kitchen renovation a number of years ago, but felt the time was right to get more ambitious with the rest of their house.

Their 1000-square-foot house in Riverbend had served them well over the last 30 years. “But we just got to the point where we wanted some additional space,” says Dan. “In prior years, we invested our time and energies in our cottage. Now it was time to expand the house, so we decided to go with a family room addition and move around some walls to give us the extra living space we were after.”

Cats, Rog & Ducts, Oh My! - Lower level provides creature comforts - Room to grow plus room for luxuryKris and Carrie wanted an open concept multi-purpose room downstairs that would match the style of the upper levels of their five year old home. Their list of ‘must-haves’ included a luxe bathroom that would incorporate a traditional sauna, a two-person walk-in shower complete with body sprays, heated flooring and marble top vanity. That was the list that was presented to Brian Arnold of Trikor Construction, the company that the couple chose to take on their 950 square foot renovation.
