Trikor Builders offers a number of award winning home designs and quality finishing options, but we work closely with the homeowner, our home designers and our interior designers to customize every home to the lifestyle and taste of the people that will live in it – you.
Building a home is a complex undertaking and Trikor Builders doesn’t believe that cutting corners to save time or money is the way to build a home. All projects we undertake are personally managed by one or more of the founding partners: Fred Giesbrecht and Victor Giesbrecht.

Victor Giesbrecht, MBA, CPA
Founding partner of Trikor Builders, Victor is responsible for the leadership and direction of the company.
Victor’s primary role in Business Development ensures he works closely with developers and sales initiatives. He believes that Trikor’s competitive advantage in the industry is the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and a product of the highest standards.
SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Fred Giesbrecht
Senior Construction Manager and founding partner of Trikor Builders, Fred puts his 25 years of carpentry experience to work overseeing all new home and major construction projects.
His focus is on ensuring that projects are built with a close attention to detail, that the highest standards are upheld and that Trikor’s suppliers and sub-trades deliver the products and services required to successfully complete each project – from foundation to finish.
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE
Bintou Touré, MBA
In her role, Bintou applies her 15 years of experience overseeing operations in both the non-profit and private sectors. With a strong foundation in human resources, finance, and strategic planning, she excels at aligning organizational goals with effective administrative systems. Her leadership style is collaborative and detail-oriented, and she brings energy, precision, and dedication to every aspect of her work.
Bintou is fluent in four languages, holds a Master of Administration Degree from University of Manitoba, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting and HRIR) and a Business Diploma (Accounting) from the Université of Saint Boniface.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Sharlene Wakaluk
As our Administrative Assistant, she is one of the most important member of our team! Sharlene brings 10 years of administrative and accounting experience to the Trikor's Team. She values the builder-customer relationship and ensures a smooth transition during possession. She brings professionalism, warmth, and structure to the company.
Sharlene holds a Business Information Systems Certificate from Herzing College.
PROJECT MANAGER
Victoria Giesbrecht
Trikor Builders is proud to have Victoria as the leading Project Manager of our team. With over 6 years of experience in this role, she has been an integral part of ensuring that our construction project operations run smoothly by coordinating and communicating effectively with our workers and customers.
Victoria is continuing to grow her knowledge and skills by actively pursuing a Business Administration degree at Red River College.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Maria Fernandes
Maria brings over 10 years of experience in residential property management, with a strong track record in operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. Known for her proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills, she focuses on maximizing property value, and upholding high property standards. Maria brings a collaborative leadership style that supports her team and enhances tenant satisfaction. Her focus on efficient systems and community engagement makes her a valuable asset to the team.
